Lubna has practiced as a lawyer, since 2003 and subsequently made the move into mediation. She is trained family mediator helping individuals navigate their way through various family issues in Dubai, UK and internationally. She is an accredited member of the civil mediation council. She is also involved in training professionals in mediation and negotiation.
